Preserving Liberian Deeds Registers - A project to help Liberia develop a scanning lab to digitize their land deeds documents that are in peril. IU would provide long-term archival storage for the images as well as to train the Scanning Manager.

COMPLETE.  The grant proposal was submitted as part of a large national grant.  Verlon and the Office of the Vice President for Foreign Affairs are in contract negotiations with the World Bank.  See project wiki site for more information.
