DLP Project Proposals

On an semi-annual schedule, the DLP solicits project proposals from both the libraries and the faculty at large.  These project proposals are reviewed and prioritized by the Digital Projects Review Committee. We have developed a two phased review process.  The first phase is a technical review by the Digital Library Program staff.  The DLP will complete the technical sections of the criteria matrix.  In the second phase, the Digital Projects Review Committee will determine the strategic importance of the projects and a priority for each of the project proposals.DLP will use this list to help plan its work. The full process is described in the Project Planning Process Overview.

How do I submit a Project Proposal?

Each proposer must complete a DLP Project Proposal Form and email it to DLP at DLP_PROJECTS-L@INDIANA.EDU.  The DLP Project Proposal Form will ask a series of questions to help proposers fully explain their projects.  (Please refer to the Guidelines for additional information.)  The form will be reviewed. If there are questions, we will ask for additional information.
