December 9/10 Grant Planning Meeting in Evanston

The purpose of this meeting was to finalize our plan for a Feb. 1 IMLS grant submission. Our focus was on laying out a timeframe, determining the participants, firming up our technical architecture, assigning sections of the grant for writing, identifying needed supporting materials, etc.

  • 12:00 - Lunch
  • 1:00 - 3:00 Continuation of morning's discussions
  • 3:00 - Video Conference with remote participants
  • 5:00 - wrap
  • 6:30 - Working dinner

Friday

  • 8:30 - Coffee
  • 9:00 - Action item identification; review timetable & yesterday's decisions
  • 10:30 - Grant writing planning (mainly IU & NU for this part)
  • 11:00 - Wrap up, by noon at the latest
