Using a Standard Browser Window
In some instances using Google ChromeDepending on security settings, attempting to view a recording using an item in Media Collections Online results may result in the following message:
If you receive this message, This indicates that Flash Player is most likely not currently enabled in your browser for this site. To fix this issueenable Flash, select the "Secure" button in the Chrome address bar:
In the following drop-down menu, navigate to "Flash" and set the list option to "Always allow on this site," as in the following image:
Once the page reloadsis reloaded, Flash will be enabled and the video should play without any issuesmedia player should appear.
Using an Incognito Window
