Access to course reserve materials provided directly by Media Services is done through the Libraries' Media Collections Online service. You can provide students access to these materials through your Canvas site by adding the IU Media Collections Online tool to your site's navigation. For an example image of what this looks like in your Canvas site, see the example image at the bottom of this page.
If you need assistance with adding this process, please contact Media Services. If there is an urgent problem and Media Services is unavailable, contact Media Collections Online support.
How To Guide - Adding IU Media Collections Online to Site Navigation
Step 1: Go to Canvas Site's Settings Page

Media Collections Online is now available as an item in the course navigation. Clicking the IU Media Collections Online navigation link will display all of the video items Media Services has permitted your class to view, within the date range Media Services has provided.
Adding Media Collections Online as a Module Item
The Media Collections Online view of your course services set up by Media Services can also be added as a Module item within your Canvas site. For instructions on adding an External Tool to the your site's Modules site, please see the instructions on the Canvas help page How do I add an external tool as a module item?, and use The name of the External Tool in IU Canvas named IU_MCOis IU Media Collections Online.
