What went well?

  • Having a product owners meeting to groom that backlog prior to sprints helped us keep items correctly prioritized – Will

What did not go well?

  • Issues pausing the continuous refactor.  It helps for me to have a clear view of the end result goal so that I can properly estimate effort/time – Drew

  • Knowing what DONE should look like for each sub-task – Amol

  • It can be challenging to define the technical stories from a product owner standpoint, to help the team understand the clear picture of what needs to be done, or how to measure DONE. - Rebecca

What should be done differently in the future?

  • Ensure that there are a variety of story options and tasks available in the sprint for each team member to work on – Product Owners

  • Make smaller pull requests and have peer code reviews take place frequently – Drew/Will

  • Keep in mind that ingestion locally is different than ingestion on the server - Amol
