Access to course reserve materials provided by Media Services is done through the Libraries' Media Collections Online service. You can provide students access to these materials through your Canvas site by adding the IU Media Collections Online tool to your site's navigation.
Adding IU Media Collections Online to Site Navigation

Go to Site Settings
In the Course Navigation Menue, click the Settings link (this will most likely be at the bottom of the Course Navigation list).
Navigation Tab
In the Settings page, click the Navigation tab.
Enable the IU Media Collections Online link in Navigation
Scroll down the list of navigation items. You will see IU Media Collections Online in the list.
Click the three dots icon to the right of IU Media Collections Online, then click Enable.
This will add IU Media Collections Online to currently enabled items in the course navigation. You can follow these instructions to re-order your Course Navigation menu
Save the Navigation
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
All Done!
Media Collections Online is now available as an item in the course navigation. Clicking the Media Collections Online navigation link will display all of the video items Media Services has permitted your class to view.
Adding Media Collections Online as a Module Item
The Media Collections Online view of your course services set up by Media Services can also be added as a Module item within your Canvas site.
